Don’t Be Fooled By My Sunny Disposition….

I am a fighter, a scrapper. Most especially when it comes to my children. There is nothing and there is no one that I wouldn’t take on to defend and protect my children. Whether you’re a friend or a foe, the man on the street or a big corporation, don’t underestimate the lengths I will go to to protect my my heart. Because my children are my heart. When they were born and placed in my care, pieces of my own heart broke away, pieces of my own flesh and blood, which now live inside the body’s of my precious children.

Ava, my butterfly, my symbol of hope and faith. Ava is my rebirth, she is my beginning & my end, she is my everything. I will die to protect her.

Ava Fighter

And Hannah…. my sweet, cheerful, smiley, little bird. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for her either.

Hannah Fighter

I took on Discovery Health’s adoption policies and I’ve won, I’ll share the details soon. Protecting my children at all costs, placing their well being above what may be considered socially polite. I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately and I’ve realized, they’ll always come first. Their well being will always be most important.

My children have made me a fighter of epic proportions.  I’m realizing that more and more everyday!
