Perfect LCHF Bobotie & {WIN} With Food Lovers Market

Sponsored

One of our favorite meals…. actually, scrap that, one of my favorite meals, because it’s quick, easy and nutritious, is LCHF bobotie. It literally takes 20 minutes to prepare and an hour cooking time total and it’s yummy! Which makes it the perfect mid week meal! And my kids eat it too, when I go easy on the cayenne pepper!

LCHF Bobotie

And of course, the perfect, fresh, quality ingredients are available and your favorite Food Loves Market, so it’s a win all round!

I LOVE FLM and dude… have you seen those broccoli teddies?! Nothing to do with anything but I mean come on, how bloody cute are they?! I love their salad car. And Fysh is in pineapple mode so the 2 for R20 is going down well in our house. I used to hate that they were the reason our friendly little fruit and veg down the road closed down but you know, I can do an entire 2 weeks of healthy shopping for under R400 there and that makes my budget or lack there of HAPPY cause what mamma doesn’t want her family to eat healthy
