A Day To Remember

Yes, yes, my life is perfect gush gush, so bare with my while I reminisce…

This time a year ago, we went for our assessment day with our social worker! We could never have known what a wonderful, whirlwind it would turn out to be. I went back and re-read my post from that day and the first paragraph made me smile, I could never have imagined how prophetic those words would be:

And for the first time in a long time I’m feeling really excited. Impatient! But excited! And I have this feeling (please God, for once, let my gut be right in all things family related) that its not going to be a very long wait!

Nuff said!

You and I were both very, very ‘lucky’ and blessed to have had such a short wait. I know that I’m going to be in your shoes too in a few months time. As it is, I often go back to the photo’s I have taken over the past four months. It’s INSANE how quickly these Treasures grow!!

I think we forget that as part of god’s plan all life is perfect all the time… we should all be gushing constantly – so continue to show us how its done!

Smile is what I had to do too! I also remember last year this time, my baby had been with us 5 months then, now it is 17 months since we had our miracle! I still look at her sometimes and just marvel at God’s planning.
    Everything looks so Christmassy! Lovely.
