Life Coaching For Kids – It’s Way MORE than I ever imagined!

Last weekend, I was invited to the launch of World Wize Kidz, a life coaching program especially designed for kids to help them set goals, grow their self esteem and develop into emotionally mature adults.

I will say that when I first heard about World Wize Kidz, I was skeptical. Life coaching for kids seemed like such a foreign concept but after listening to Cathy talk on the benefits of life coaching for kids through the World Wize Kidz program, I was completely sold on the idea.

The program uses a series of stories to help children aged 6 to 12 years old develop a strong sense of self, soaring self esteem and self confidence and helps them set goals and smash those goals, setting them up for a life of success and emotional maturity and giving them the tools to make good decisions during the toughest times of peer pressure etc during their most impressionable teenage years.

The program covers the following areas:

  • Mind Power – understanding the power of your mind and why you achieve what you believe.

  • Inner Power – how to think for yourself, make good decisions and stand up to peer pressure.

  • Me Power – how to develop soaring self esteem and powerful self confidence.

  • Dream Power – create your own vision, achieve your own goals and manifest your dreams.

  • Slaying Dragons – learn to burst through fear, failure and change.

Here’s what else you can expect:

The program was developed by Renaye Thornborrow and is successfully being implemented in over 30 countries and across 7 continents. The World Wize Kidz aim is to offer the program at schools as part of their curriculum to create happy, successful children. They also offer private lessons at R80 a session currently in the North of Johannesburg. I’m very excited for Ava to start the program, I think it will be massively beneficial for her. She was very taken with Wyatt the wizard who helps kids discover their own wisdom.
