The team over at Go Health have created a personalized workout just for me, it’s called the Blessed Barrenness Workout and it’s targeting major muscle groups and focusing on strengthening and supporting a runners body.
My personalized workout consists for 8 different exercises, with a duration of 45 minutes and is worth 609 club moves! Focusing on core strength, with lots of abs, thigh and glute exercises.
Running, followed by wall squats, leg curls, reverse crunches, side plan with rotation, the superman using a wellness ball, supine leg curls and straight arm planks.
